Staff Recruiting

Currently, I don't see the need to add any more staff members. Our only moderator here is Miss Hake, but once more people join, then I'll consider it.

If you're hoping to be a part of the team, or even wanting to achieve the trademark of such high status, this is what you must do:

Be active!
Post daily, be friendly, make suggestions to the site, report posts, make some nice, lengthy, informational posts, etc. This is essential to the welfare of the community and members.

Promote Bronyville!
No. We don't mean advertising. Just get some friends to join and invite whoever you want to invite. Members are the backbone of the community and helping us build this forum is a big help!

Get to know the staff more!
If you're wanting to be a staff member, you gotta be more accustomed and comfortable with the staff. And don't worry, we don't bite. Promise!

Once we see your activity rise up and you go above and beyond the call of duty, we'll assimilate you into the staff. But like I said before, I don't see the need to do so since this is a relatively new forum. Once the member number rises and people become more active, I'll start recruiting. Take all these into consideration.
